  • It's hard to give even 2 stars but I'm going out on a limb here. Customer service can be quite good as I'm searching the Hotel Collection in the bedding area IF you can find a sales clerk. On my way out I grabbed a shirt for my husband and stood in line for 15 minutes because on the entire first floor on a Monday there was only one register opened. As I'm taking the escalator down from the 3rd floor I couldn't help but notice the women's/girls clothing as I went by. Tacky and trashy comes to mind.
