  • I take my cars to this location for carwash all the time. Today, I went in for a smog check, forgetting to take my coupon for the smog check. So they said without the coupon they can't give me the discount even after I told them I'll be going right across the street because their price is cheaper. The price difference was only 2$, but it's the principle of providing good customer service which these guys miserably failed at today. Almost any place you go these days, business are willing to do a price match to keep their customers.
