  • This store is a must see if you are in Pittsburgh. I've been sending gift certificates for this store to young relatives for years, and finally got to visit the store itself this month. What a delightful, old fashioned, child centered, wonderful place. The atmosphere is enchanting. It is like a step back in time, before toys were sold in massive impersonal chains. The customer service is excellent. The staff knows their extensive inventory, but more importantly, they know what children like. Speaking of children, the young customers were mesmerized by Randall's.
