  • I DO NOT recommend this place. They are absolutely horrible. They charged me carpet cleaning even after they signed everything was OK before I leave. I cannot change anything about my room after I leave and gave them keys. They said it was smelly when they go in to my room AFTER I moved to Hawaii. They threatened me that if I don't pay it goes to correction. So I had no choice to pay for it. Normally any rental place, when they walk through the room before the tenants vacate the room and signed that I had NO DAMAGES they should not charge anything when they find something wrong AFTER that. How Can I damage my room if I gave them my keys and cannot enter the room. I hired professional carpet cleaner to shampoo and deep cleaned my room before I leave, if they tell me before they do anything about my room I could call the cleaner to re-clean the carpet for free because it was guaranteed that I would get full deposit refund. They never told me anything till after they already cleaned the carpet and charged me $85!!! So shady!!! They are so nice when you sign up to live there but after that not at all. Just do anything to charge things. That was the whole reason I had the office person walked with me before I leave the room and she never said anything my room is smelly. She said there is not damage and I would get full refund. Now they said she was not a manager so it does not count!!! Nobody said anything I had to walk with a manager. Just horrible!!! DO NOT make a mistake to be a resident of this complex. I would not even give 1 star!!!
