  • I purchased the Ultimate for $36 plus $8 extra for shampooing the floor mats. . I had Rubber mats on top of the carpet mats they shampooed that they washed off with a hose. When my car was ready I tipped the guy, got in and noticed my driver side Rubber floor mat was missing. I asked them where it was and they looked around for 15 minutes and told me I had no driver side mat, because his employee told him so. Long story short, I yelled at the guy, said he a few curse words and told him he was being irresponsible, he used those cuss words as an excuse to get out of replacing the mat. As he was walking away, I walked next to him and my should touched his so he called the cops on me for assault. When the cops got there they would not charge me with anything because the cop told me assault would be ridiculous, so he told them to kick me off the property and to never come back. So as I'm leaving I notice the button to adjust my mirror was twisted and broken off. This is made of about 3/8 inch acrylic that COULD NOT be broken off by wiping down a door panel. THIS WAS DELIBERATE, and I think done by one of the employees when I was yelling at the obtuse manager on the other side of the car wash. Do not take your car here. If they mess something up, it will not be replaced. If you get angry at them, they get vindictive.
