  • This is long overdue, but I'm a big fan of Dutch Bros. Dutch Bros is one of those businesses that always have some sort of line whenever I go, drive through and/or walk-up window. The drive through can look like a mess with cars all over the place, but they are staffed well to deal with it and make the ordering process as smooth as possible. Their customer service puts them over the top when compared to other coffee places. The employees ask how your day is going and try to strike up a conversation while your order is being prepared. The menu has a wide selection from different coffees, teas, smoothies, sodas, etc.. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the workers can always give a recommendation based on your preferences. If it isn't something you like you can always ask to adjust your drink. Wish I lived closer to frequent Dutch Bros more often, but whenever I am in the area, it's always an option.
