The business refused to honor my Groupon because they said Feb. 5th - 19th were blacked out. The Groupon said holidays were excluded, but nothing was mentioned about blacking our 14 non-holiday days.
I inquired with the business about either honoring my Groupon or issuing me a refund. They said I would have to go through Groupon for a refund which of course Groupon won't do for me because it is past the 3 day refund period.
They also have slow support. Going through Groupon I contacted the business on a Saturday afternoon. They got back to me on a late Monday afternoon, and I replied on that Tuesday morning. I then had to message them again on Thursday afternoon before they replied.
