I've been here before for pedicures and manicures, and I've always had good results. But the last time I came here was quite disappointing. I arrived and asked for an acrylic set and the woman working there said they didn't do acrylic. Thinking this was strange I turned to leave, but she called after me and told me that they do bio gel instead. I thought this was a little odd as bio gel and acrylic are pretty much the same so I thought she would've mentioned that when I asked for acrylic. I wasn't too put off by this though, just thought it was weird.
She then started to do the bio gel nails, when a group of women came in requesting manicures. That's when she started rushing.she was using tons of layers of gel, leaving me with thick uneven nails. She didn't file them properly so the tops of the nails expanded out and had that kind of "duck feet" look that isn't very attractive . Many of the nails were uneven along the top. The Polish job was smudged and full of air bubbles. To top it off it was $40 and took an hour and a half. I've had better acrylics done for $30-$15. I had to go home and remove the nails myself. If you're looking for a basic manicure pedicure, this place is fine, but I wouldn't recommend this place for fake nails.
