| - I felt I was treated rather abruptly, not given options for possible treatment scenarios. I was just told that two teeth would have to be pulled, with no program for a partial or other replacement. I chose not to do this and a temporary filling was installed. Though I have no swelling or pain, she said I had an infection, but then, when given a prescription for antibiotics, I was told not to fill it unless problems developed, which seems contradictory.
Though I am a senior citizen, my mind is fine, but I was not treated that way. She seemed to think I was incapable of participating in my treatment and when I questioned her, she seemed to resent my interference. I told her I had not come for a cleaning but for treatment of a certain tooth, but she cleaned my teeth anyway (though didn't clean the upper denture until I asked for it). I paid for this directly and she said insurance would reimburse me. Based on other comments below, I now have some doubts about that.
