  • They should really change the name from Lunaire apartments to Scorpion infested ZOO. In the past 3 months we have seen more than 20+ scorpions. We have a toddler and he is always on the floor, yesterday my wife found a small 3/8 inch scorpion walking of his pants, when I spoke to management I was basically told that " you are living in a desert what do you expect" luckily my lease will expire soon and my house will be finished in 2 weeks. The apartment looks nice from the inside but too many pests that get in from the bathroom exhaust vents, laundry vents, and the kitchen light fixture is full of dead and live scorpions. You pay for "pest control" that does nothing, spraying the outside perimeter does nothing, spraying the inside does nothing because they are in the walls and ducts. In the past 2 months the outside corners and stairs are full of cob webs and you can actually see Black widows just hanging there. I have about 30 glue traps that I got from Walmart and put them in every corner of the apartment, they are full of scorpions, cockroaches and insects, Pictures will be posted soon.  There is also dog poop everywhere on the grass and rocks. The AC blower motor is right outside the bedroom and every time the AC turns on it sounds like a bomb went off, so I keep the blower fan running 24/7 for the past 4 months. Nice looking apartments but if you don't want to get stung by scorpions look elsewhere and if you already signed a lease get Glue traps they catch big and small scorpions, roaches ,etc.... Nasty
