  • Had no problem picking up, using or dropping off the car, but I'm giving a one star review because of the terribly unprofessional service two days after I dropped the car off. I arrived at Dollar/Thrifty and returned the car several hours early. I gave the keys to a staff member who checked over the vehicle and gave me the OK. Two days later, I got a call from a frantic manager asking if I even returned the car. Of course I had done so. Then he accused me of not returning the keys. When I said I didn't keep the keys, he interrogated me as to where I put them. Flustered and annoyed he said he would figure it out and call me back. There wasn't much to figure out, as I had dropped the car off as anyone would. Of course, he never called back to offer an explanation or to apologize. I found this terribly unprofessional. Get your shit together and don't involve me in your unorganized mess. Also, I reserved a Toyota Yaris or similar as I was doing highway driving and didn't want to guzzle a lot of fuel. They put me in a Jeep Compass. Way bigger than I needed.
