Normally my children have the best time at this place but this was the worst! EVERYWHERE ELSE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE IN AND OUT OF THE COUNTRY...the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! NOT AT DEFY GRAVITY!! I purchased jump time for my young daughter and when her time ran out my husband and I purchased more time...needless to say there was a gap between the jump time and her so called extended time that we had paid for to be continuous. How do I explain to a young child that he/she must get off, stop playing(playing...the only reason we come here) and get on later? Bottom line no manger tried to hear us out, no little manager follow up "like did everything get resolved" and no senior manager or owner even able to be contacted. They need older more seasoned workers and less former restaurant workers and the security guard should be promoted to mngr. He was the only one who seemed to care in the slightest. Horrible customer service skills and recovery!!
