I have an appointment that I called in this morning for 9:20 a.m. I arrived a little early at about 10 til 9, after 5 minutes I was greeted by somebody.
They quickly tracked down my service adviser, Matt. By then it was about 9 o'clock, and they told me it would be about an hour and 15 minutes. I was staying, so I went over to the waiting room. They have a large screen TV there, and of course you can walk around and look at all the cars while you're waiting as well.
I brought my own things to do, so I sat and waited. My car was ready at about 10:30 - only 15 minutes longer than the promised time. Everybody was friendly and check out was quick.
All in all I had a pretty good experience here. For me, the service was free because I have the Ford service plan. If I were paying for the service, I would have probably gone somewhere else because of the cost and the wait times. I don't understand why it takes dealers twice as long as other places to do oil changes.
