  • The best part is the rent is very affordable and it's close to everything. Fairly quiet, great pool, and a pretty safe area. When you move in check the plumbing. Both of my toilets have issues, but maintenance is pretty good. They just changed management so repairs are quick. Parking is a huge issue around the 2 bedroom units. I really don't like the fact that I can't park in front of my place if It's past 8 pm. As far as energy costs ( previous posts)..... My electric runs $50 a month and my water $ 60. YES they overwater the yard and they water the pavement every night and I've complained. But I'm not living here forever. I'll be buying a house soon and this place has served its purpose. It's comfortable, safe and close to everything and NOT in the ghetto!
