rev:text	This is about as honest and nice as i can be for such a horrible experience. First of our salesman was fantastic to start and got us hook, line and sinker with the purchase. But that's the only part of the pool build that was worth getting excited about. Our pool did not start on time and permits where not held up for any reason. The pool was excavated to the wrong elevation and my driveway water meter box was damaged by the excavating company. Dolphin denied the damage but luckily for me i have camera's that recorded all of the damage and wrong doing. The pool plumbing was installed wrong and if i had not said anything they would have placed my plumbing into the shotcrete walls and had major cracking issues. The rebar was tied very poorly and had to be worked on twice. The pool plumbing could not pass a leak down test and was a two week delay. The concrete deck was poured too high because of the pool elevation bust. So we had to have them cut in a drainage channel in order to catch water runoff so it wouldn't flood our home. Our water feature had to be torn down and rebuilt twice because it was wrong the first time and horribly done the second. The lack of communication and care on Dolphins part is very sad and unprofessional. All they are is a broker and use a variety of subcontractor's to do their work so they have no care or control in the work. Our superintendent for Dolphin hardly answered his phone and would not catch the issues the build was having unless i pointed them out. Good thing i am a contractor of 20 plus years and inspected the build. people spend a few more dollars and use a better builder!!!!!!
