  • I don't think it's fair that I have to deal with this horrible treatment and I am going to pursue legal action. SWG doesn't give two fucks because they are the monopoly here in vegas. But you can't treat people with money like this. The fact that you don't even schedule within a four hour window and have people sitting in FREEZING stores during business hours for no shows is fuvking unreal. I was working in back and they never even knocked on my door which isn't safe to keep unlocked all day when I'm alone I wouldn't torture my employee making them freeze to death waiting for you. You really have NO hearts. It's 40 degrees and you have my customers freezing and leaving my shop because it's too cold on be busiest week for my store. I seriously hope you are a horrible inhumane company with the RUDEST black people with attitude answering the phones. I now have pneumonia because of you and am going to complain about you to the BBB. You can't treat business owners like this. I'm probably going to talk to my lawyer as well for making me get super sick and losing money for the week of Black Friday. I hate that I have to pay you. I seriously hope your company burns in hell.
