  • This is the worst dentist office I have been to in my life! I went in for my regular biannual cleaning, first time at this office. After a brief visual exam, while still in the chair, they had someone from the front desk present me with a $480 invoice! They claimed that I had some sort of periodontal issue and that they would have to do more than a routine cleaning. I asked them to just do the routine cleaning and I would get a second opinion on the other work they claimed should be done. They said they would not provide the cleaning unless I agreed to paying the full invoice amount for the service. My insurance always covers the regular cleanings, every six months. I asked them to proceed with the routine cleaning and they refused. They claim they could not be responsible for a partial cleaning. I had already scheduled this a month out, taken time off of work etc., so I was extremely annoyed. I got up and left the office. They billd my insurance for a routine cleaning and then had the audacity to send me an additional bill!! I waited the extra three weeks that it took to get into my regular dentist, they took x-rays, performed the routine cleaning and said my teeth look better than ever. Because bright now dental had already billed my insurance for a routine cleaning I had to pay out-of-pocket for my actual cleaning. Brite Now is dishonest & unethical. Spend your time and money elsewhere!
