  • I took my dog to be groomed at this location. My poor dog! I cant believe I put her through such stress! I will forever regret it. My dog came back with ears that were cut up so bad! that they bled a few days later. The groomer I worked with did NOT even mention anything to me. After a few days my dog kept messing with them. When I looked I was MORTIFIED at how bad they were. I called them they said to bring her into Banfield and they would cover this expense. I took her in. They had to give her antibiotics, a cone and antibiotic ointment. All of that just because I took her for a grooming!! Her ears have healed but I guess we are still trying to recuperate from that grooming salon because her paws are irritated now and she has to go back to the vet which of course I will pay for. What a BIG mistake I made. I will never never ever take her back to this location and if you loved your pet like I do then you shouldn't either.
