  • After a night of fun in downtown Mesa we consulted Yelp for a treat place. Seeing that this place was open until 9 we went. Sure we had a largish party but we weren't the only ones. We went in at 8:30pm (they close at 9). Most people were getting ice cream sandwiches (specialty) but I was planning on ordering a shake (which is on the posted menu). I ordered. The gent working informed me "Sorry, shakes are closed now." Me: . But I just moved along. I then learned that my niece ordered sprinkles in her single scoop. "Sorry sprinkles are closed." What clearly was happening here is a worker who had already made the decision that he didn't want to clean again. I mean sprinkles?!?! Dude the bucket was behind you and it takes like a plastic spoon to scoop some out. That is super super lame. I guess I missed the signage that indicated the hours for which items were available...BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ONE. For any business the product is the full experience and this place is no different. So for that the total product for me failed and I would not return nor recommend. Find yourself another place for a treat. Sorry Slickables, you lost here. Date of visit 26-Dec-2017
