  • I bought my car here in 2014, and had an excellent buying experience with Bill Y. He was courteous, and helpful in getting the car I wanted - model and packages at the right price. He has recently been helpful in finding the right extended warranty package for my vehicle. Since my purchase, I have returned on numerous occasions for vehicle service, and the service staff have been helpful and accommodating when it came to any questions or small problems (warranty work). I have never been charged extra when it came to diagnostics for warranty work. Their sales and service facility is clean, and well lit with natural lighting. Their service waiting lounge has a commercial Nespresso machine, pod type coffee/tea machine, water, and snacks. There is free wifi while you wait, and a large tv to keep you entertained. On my recent service visit, they even send you a video of your car while they do their general visual assessment of your vehicle's condition. I have been pleased with my experience here at Endras BMW, and recommend them for your BMW needs.
