You may want to be aware of ordering furniture... It's said to take 6-8weeks for delivery since furniture has to be made?? Delivery time may come (and you're so excited, just in time for thanksgiving 2015) and the love seat may arrive broken, the delivery drivers may REFUSE to take the furniture back "they are not allowed to". After multiple calls to get repaired, new parts may need to be ordered and take several weeks also. After making several follow up calls they may finally show up to make the repair to find it's not just one piece, but the entire seat that needs to be replaced. Oops... They may not have ordered properly, again several weeks later and several calls inquiring (yet no one in customer care may be aware). FINALLY the new cushion/seat arrives via UPS and you contact customer care, then you may have to store replacements parts/ seat/arm/etc...waiting for the a convenient time the repair person can come to your home AND... OH no.. This part/seat is also broken! Options??? You may Replace entire love seat and wait 6-8 more weeks or you may return LOVE SEAT ONLY for refund... And be stuck with a couch that has no match. Some people PURCHASE FURNITURE AS A SET FOR A REASON. You may have invested over 3k for this furniture and may wait almost 2 months for delivery... But then EIGHT MONTHS LATER.... It Still may not be resolved. Make sure your furniture is worth the wait!!! BUT remember "sorry" may help to fix your frustration.
