  • Beware of surprise price increases after orders are complete. Dropped off a large book to be spiral bound. Was quoted $6.95. Verified that was my final cost. Was told yes without any hesitation. Went back to pick up the completed item. Surprise. Nearly $10. An almost 50% markup. Not what I agreed to. Not what I was quoted. Conveniently, there was no manager on duty so nothing could be done. The item was dropped off four days ago with an assurance they would complete it that evening and call me. Only after I went down to get it did I know it was done. Never received the promised call. Didn't receive the promised price. Will be taking my future printing, copying and binding needs elsewhere.
