  • I've been in this facility a few times. Everyone I've encountered has been pleasant, professional and courteous. The building is clean and well kept. The wait can be long, but what do you expect when you're paid $50 for your first 5 visits? Plus the process itself can take a long time. I personally have been unable to actually donate, even though I've tried a few times. My veins are too small, which sucks. But all of the employees have been kind to me, and to my husband when we come in. They do a great job here.
