  • We haven't even entered our room yet and have gotten nothing but rude service here. Me and my boyfriend made a Reservation and paid for a room online. 5 hours later they call us saying that there's some $80 extra fee for the resort. Umm what? And they said that we can't pay it over the phone either. So I arrive in the parking lot, waiting for my boyfriend to arrive. First a police officer parks behind me and runs my plates, then a security guard on a bike comes up to me asking me why I'm "loitering" in my car. I told him me and my bf made a Reservation and I'm just waiting for him to arrive because he has the credit card. Then the guard says "well I can't have you loitering here for more than 5 minutes, so im kindly going to ask you to leave the property and wait for him across the street. Ummm are you kidding me??? Worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. Will never stay here again.
