Had a scheduled appointment for an all wheel alignment and possible stuck caliper issue. Waiting area was packed..literally. Entire time was over 3.5 hours with only one update. Although No brake issue was discovered, a tire was running low and needed replacing. I was informed that if I still wanted the alignment, I would be there until 7pm. I declined and re-scheduled for the following week which would allow me to buy a new tire. The wait time, over 3.5 hrs wait time felt loved me an excessive amount of wait time. Honestly, I feel that after 90 mins, I should have been approached and given the option of rescheduling or given an loaner. I'm not really sure if even after 90 mins from my scheduled appointment, my car had even made it into a bay or not.
Today I returned for my pre scheduled appointment for the all wheel alignment and after over 2.5 hrs with no update, I went out to see if I could get a status. While waiting on my rep, the service tech that had worked on my car walked up. I chatted with him about my car until my rep was ready. Once he was free, I attempted to address the excessive wait and received a quick, sorry...same with when I mentioned an update would have helped. He was clearly more concerned with the urgency of paying back a co-worker as while I was expressing my feelings, he grab money from his desk and walked out with no, "excuse me a moment". When he returned, no apology, just went right into the businesses checking me out.
Unexceptionable customer service interaction from this particular rep.
3*** only because I was pleased with the honesty and work from the 2 service techs that worked on my car, otherwise it would have been a 2.
