  • So after a disappointing experience at the Monroeville location a month earlier, I was hesitant to try this chain again. I'm so glad I did :) Emily greeted me upon entering the shop and waited for me to log in to my account. She took time to understand my haircut instructions before picking up the clippers. I liked that Emily asked before doing anything new. She made sure I was comfy in the wash chair and shampooed my hair. I appreciate that she asked if I minded the hot towel since I was wearing makeup. The hot towel is glorious! After the wash and towel dry, Emily made sure that I was satisfied with the cut before giving me a neck and shoulder massage. This was the MVP experience I was looking for. It is well worth the price + tip. This will be my go-to hair place until I find a barber that can use a straight razor.
