  • Long time DTS customer, came in for a scheduled rotation & balance. First time at this store since it opened, I live close but usually frequent the Blue Diamond location. They informed me that I had been running the incorrect tire size, the other location sold me the correct size on paper and installed the wrong. They offered to replace what I had for the correct size, no charge. Honesty is the best policy, and I appreciate they went the extra step to make sure I'm covered.
