  • I am one of those people that are terrified of dentists. I had a really bad experience years ago with a different dentist, he didn't numb everything , and I even told him I still had feeling in a certain area. Long story short, when he hit that area with the drill I had so much pain that it still gives me chills. Ever since then, I get a lot of anxiety when that drill comes out. Dr. Nigam is very understanding of my anxiety, and he is extremely patient. I just got 2 fillings replaced today, and it was almost painless. The needle with the numbing stuff didn't even hurt that much (the "pinch" wasn't as bad as I have experienced in the past). The worst part of the entire experience was my anxiety the night before and this AM - so that was all on me. On top of that, it was over very quickly. He was done with the second one and I didn't even know it! I was so grateful, I wanted to hug him. The dental assistants, and office staff are also very friendly, and always smiling. Best Dentist office ever.
