| - I would've typed sooner but the WIFI is so bad I couldn't get to the internet on my phone (and cell service is terrible). On your iPad the internet does not automatically connect like most connections; you have to keep logging in not only every time you turn the device on, but even if you simply just exited Safari (the web browser) for a few minutes at a time. When you do finally log in, it is very slow. I realize there are many users but they need I review the infrastructure to accommodate this.
HAIR IN MY FOOD - Bojangles. I returned the wrap. It was disgusting. Because of this, I can't give more than two stars, and that is being generous.
Cell Service - horrific. I have AT&T and I couldn't make a call on the exhibit floor and as I sit on the 3rd floor, I have 2 bars. I know cell companies can wire inside of buildings, they should review.
Food court in general - I went for a smoothie and the place was closed at 3. A few thousand people will here, can't understand the early closing.
The room labeling, more importantly the directional signs, were very odd and not easy to follow. They need to get someone from the outside to review this.
Positive - the rooms were nice, it was clean, staff was nice, it is very large and can accommodate most any conventions, location to uptown and hotels.
