  • I went in for blood work and discovered a mall cop wanting to run the whole show at the front desk. As I walk in, he jumped out of his seat and asked if I had an appointment? There were two other people working that actually are clerks. Why is he trying do their job? He is there to protect and serve... Not be the admin. I was very tired of him by the end of my visit. Instead of trying to do other people's jobs, he should do his rounds around the office and building, rather then drinking coffee and watching Oprah at the front. Please fix this.
