The yogurt was ok: I have eaten yogurt there about three times. This last visit marked my last. I have never before experienced anything quite like this before! My daughter and I grabbed our cups to self serve our yogurts. I accidentally pulled the middle lever which dropped a small and I mean small amount of mixed chocolate and watermelon. I immediately stopped the flow of yogurt. I grabbed another cup and filled it full of the desired flavor. We put our toppings on and I dropped the unwanted cup in the small trash basket near the toppings line. We were waiting to pay behind a father and his son, when the older man, I presume to be the owner, In a very angry tone asked me if I had thrown away the cup. I replied that I had. He yells that these are expensive and that I would need to pay. I explained that I had made a mistake and he said " and that's my fault?" This was a hostile angry tone he was coming at me with. I was in shock and said ok "I will pay for it" the longer I stood there, the more clearly I was able think over the situation. I promptly took both of our cups, placed them on the counter and said, no I'm not paying for the discarded cup and I won't be needing these either! We walked out with this crazy man screaming that I needed to pay followed by instructions to never return to his shop. Needless to say I won't! I will never walk in this place again. It's sad but when I want frozen yogurt again, I will have to travel to another part of town. They lost my lifetime of yogurt business.
