  • Lady was super rude she rolled her eyes when there was an issue over portions. I was asking a simple question and instead of a proper answer, I was given attitude. I think it was super unprofessional for the workers to yell at a paying customer. If she would have said before the issue that it would have been an extra charge then I would have understood but asking a question and getting an eye roll and mistreated was unnecessary. My friends and I come in every Tuesday to buy ice cream and now I would like to take my business elsewhere. I hope this changes because Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream.
