  • Not sure if its the owner, but the lady behind the counter was totally rude. I wanted to order 2 dozen, and wanted about 8 of the smores. She only had 2, so I said, I have to ask the wife in the car, because not sure what to get for the remaining 16. Her response, "Well its first come first serve, the Smores may be gone before you come back." Needless to say, I'm not going to be pressured to spend $76 on 2 dozen donuts, for ones we dont like. Because the Bread and Butter stunk, the Mocha Almond was also horrible. The Blood orange was bearable, but not great, and same with Peanut butter and chocolate. Peanut butter and jelly was ok, but the only ones that were good were the Cinnamon and the Smores. When we bought our first dozen a month ago, we got one of each flavor (to test them). Lots of misses, with a few hits. Needless to say, after this customer service experience, we will not be returning.
