  • Love hydrocare ! I have used them to clean my carpet and they did a great job and gave me a spray for urine that works really well! They were fast and inexpensive. I called them back to do two rugs (which I've gotten cleaned w other companies and they never really got clean). They took one look at the material and said it would ruin the rug if they tried to do and had to take from my house. With the holidays coming up and a delivery of heavy furniture in a couple days I asked them if they could get the rugs done in 2 days. They didn't think it would be possible and they turned it around for me and they looked almost brand new! They are also really nice people - I'm always weary of having new people in our house - but they are lovely, straight to the point and very fast! Will definitely use them again! Sending the rugs out was very expensive but worth it as we were about to toss them and buy new.
