  • Thank you Richard and Arnold for doing such a fine job installing our new air conditioner. Even tho Norris air tried to nickel and dime us over the estimate you guys worked very hard and Richard you're very worthy to the company. You seem to be honest and worked with us to get the right kind of goods that we needed instead of a fly-by-night cheap company. Norris Air should give you both raises.
