  • Unfortunately, I've had a negative experience with parts. Went in to buy a headlight bulb for my vehicle. I gave the gentleman the info he asked for, got the bulb , and was on my merry way. Come to find out, he sold me the wrong bulb. I call and speak to "another" employee regarding the situation and he promptly stated that he would exchange it, but not without being told that I should have provided a VIN for my vehicle. I would imagine the original employee should have asked for that info. I get there just in time to pick up the bulb as they closed. I should have just gone to Avondale Toyota, but I stopped at this place as it was on my way. Unfortunately, I had to go out of my way to exchange it.
