  • Their service department was great. They took care of 2 recalls on my car in less than an hour, when Cochran Kia said it would take 4 hours to do the work. (Which they never did. Read my review of Cochran if your curious.) They also did a service check on my other Kia, and found an issue with the ball joints. I would not have known about the problem until they broke, and then it would have cost me lots more $$$$$. Even though I chose to have my mechanic take care of the problem instead, they didn't do the whole "you gotta take care of this now" thing that dealerships try and do. I did think the oil change was pricy at $35, when I could go next door to Midas and have it done for half the price, but the car was there, so I had them do it anyway. The waiting room was sparse, but they seemed to keep it clean. The people were very friendly in the service department as well.
