  • Contacted the owner to request a refund due to 3 broken nails in less than 5 days. He said there is no refund policy but he's willing to redo them for me. I didn't want to do that at first but accepted after he was adamant about no refund. Paul redid them & at first seemed skilled. He was nice about it & seemed like no bad energy. He's been doing nails since 92'. Then on to filing & shaping. He cut me a couple times & one finger hurt the next day a lot. See added pictures. I asked him to file more because they were thick, crooked, just not finished. He did, but then seemed like he was irritated & was rushing all of a sudden. My right hand was a mess. I was DONE! I decided that if this didn't hold up, I won't be returning for any fixes etc. I'll chalk this up as lessons learned & go back to the place that is good even if it means driving 20 more minutes. Moral of the story, go to a place where someone that has a passion that truly cares for you & your business & nails as much as you do. That's with anything in life! Some people don't care, but it's a lot of time & money spent. I'm hanging on to bad energy because when I look at my nails, I don't feel love & beauty....I see irritation & lack of passion. After this post, I'm releasing all negative energy associated with this place.
