  • So I placed my order with my app like I do every morning but this time I noticed my coffees not at tha counter so after trying to get someone to hear me out some old rude fat cow lady tells me that my order is not ready yet so I wait ten more mins and then she tells me tha order is not there and I show her my order on tha phone tells me there's nothing she can do so I have to reorder and pay again wtf is wrong with this place old fat lady need to be retrained in customer service
