Quickly lost a star because the scheduler exaggerated the possible side effects of my HSG and gave me an anxiety attack for no reason! Lost another one for the complete lack of attention to detail the receptionist and person checking paperwork had with patients. Who designed such a wasteful patient check-in process? It's puzzling to me that you would need to speak to a half a dozen people at different times at separate stations in various parts of the building JUST to fill out series of repetitive forms to "check-in" to your appointment??? I felt like a character in Super Mario Brothers, trying to get to the next level!!
My girl at the "processing" check point showed little interest in her job and in fact never made eye contact, gee, "have a nice day to you too!" AND please lower the volume on all the waiting room televisions!!! I overheard the elderly people w/ trouble hearing, complain that it was too loud! When you don't feel well you don't want the tube on in full up Dolby THX sound!
Thank goodness that the parking is plentiful, building easy to find and the facility is clean! SD's only saving grace is the knowledgable tech who assisted the Physician and thoroughly explained every aspect of the procedure in detail and was also very pleasant. I'd give the Doctor and Lab Tech 6 stars if I could for excellent bedside manner.
Let's hope I don't ever have to come back. Get organized, train your employees well and staff the place with people who care!
Save yourself the trip and avoid this location.
