  • I guess it depends when you go. Stopped here Friday 9/14 on the way to some stores. I decided to go in because I always bring my own cup and get a refill price which is always very much appreciated!! (Much better than Starbucks $0.10 off for bringing in a cup) I was very impressed with this location compared to the one on university city Blvd which is normally where I go. This location was not crowded, was clean, the people were friendly. I got my smores ice coffee (absolutely amazing) and was on my merry way. Saturday 9/15, I was on my way out of town with my husband and I begged him to stop at this location over the university one. I was ranting and raving about how amazing it was. Well, maybe with it being a Saturday, I walked in and it was crazy busy. The workers were all "yelling" out orders back to one another like "I'm waiting on this, who's making this" etc. There was a long line so while my husband waited, I was going to use the restroom (6months pregnant!). It was disgusting. I literally walked and the stench overwhelmed me. The toilet must have been broken and it looked like 5 other ladies didn't care and did their business anyways. The amount of toilet paper in the unflushed toilet was insane... no paper towels in site. Toilet paper on the floor and it even hanging from the holder on the wall. (I decided to hold my bladder and had my husband take me to the Mcdonalds right there) My husband was disappointed as he wanted a blueberry donut and they wouldn't serve him the last one on the shelf because "it's too crumbled" my husband stated he didn't care and they could put it in a bag but the lady said it was against their policy. One a brighter note, my smores iced coffee was amazing yet again! If you haven't trie smores, you're missing out.
