  • I was highly mislead by the service department. I called two separate times to ask how much tire mounting and balancing costs and both times was told $66. Well, it came out to $86, and because I already made the drive out to them, I folded. That same day I found a Ducati shop near me that said $40 out the door for the same service. Unfortunately when I called Ride Now to cancel the service, it was too late and boy am I pissed. How can they charge twice as much as a Ducati shop and eight times as much as at the race track?
