  • We always like having a staycation at the Rio. This was the first we had 2 nights. Theres 5 rooms in total that was booked. Our rooms was great in size and everything worked. The room didn't have the privacy sign and when we came back to the room a little before the pool closed, it wasn't cleaned. It took a while for them to arrive but they did a good job. The elevators need to be fixed. Theres 2 banks of elevators and not all of them are working. The cabanas in the pool needs some mist. The fan and tv was good. Service took a long time but our server was pleasant. Will come back.
