  • I normally shop at specialty running stores that sell a variety of different brands. The salesmen are always so accommodating and they help you find the perfect fit and help you lace up. Lately I've noticed how fun New Balance shoes are with all the color combos and style, so I decided to bring my 10 year old in for some new running shoes. I've never been in a New Balance store before and I was surprised that they provide the same excellent service there. I really wish I got her name but the person that was helping us was so patient and sweet with my daughter and I. (We are both indecisive shoppers) We found the perfect shoes and she even got a free dodge ball as a surprise gift lol! I am so, very happy with the excellent customer service and appreciate it so much. She helped make our day. I will be back to find shoes for myself very soon! I'm a Brooks Running shoe girl but I will definitely try this place out for myself!
