The good: the apartments are pretty nice. The community room is nice and well kept up. The amenities are new and high quality. The folks who work there were pretty much without fail very friendly and accomodating. They handled the move-out very well--no ridiculous 60 day minimum, and no unethical soaking of the security deposit.
The less-good: while many of the neighbors were nice, there were a few bad apples. I think they did a better job as time went on with the leasing decisions. Some things took a while to get done, like the work on the lap pool. The mail lockers, while convenient, broke at a non trivial rate and would've been better housed inside and out of the elements. Maintenance took a bit longer than I would have liked to fill some requests. Not egregiously long though, and the requests did get filled.
Overall, I think this is a very well-run apartment community. I would have no issue with living here again, and I think it is difficult to find a better combination of quality and price in the area.
