First of all i have had a membership with climate pro for several years within the last year for my scheduled vists i have to call them to make an apointment i called twice last week as well. My service was due in december and make no doubt about it the faithfully take there money out each month on time...the guy told me he left a message in december and was going to send a letter out.... soon ...well now that my service is 2 months behind it probally would be a good idea to send the latter sooner then latter especislly since you have collected your money.... do disaponted in companies ethis and dedication to there customers...service is good other then the upsales pitch when the come and perform maintenence. So im in the market to replace both units ...no rush after taking quotes from several companies you think id be a priority for them to come out and give me an estimate...nope. .i had to call them and let them know thatd id requested a quote and no one had called...so to say that i will just cancel my contract and serch for someone new...so sorry so long climate pro
