  • NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! I joined this gym due to its proximity to Westwood High School so that I could work out and my kids could walk over after school and meet me. My 14 year old son entered the gym where we agreed to meet, arriving a few minutes earlier than I. The staff made him leave the premises and would not allow him to wait in the lobby or charge his phone while he waited for me. IT WAS 109 DEGREES OUTSIDE. I spoke with staff and they assured me that kids 13 and older were welcomed, if accompanied by a parent or guardian. I'm sure this refers to using the equipment, but they did not clarify. Based on what they said, I guess my 8 year old isn't welcomed in the building at all. I understand liability but their handling of the policy completely defeats the purpose of why I selected this gym.
