  • A couple of weeks ago I went into hobby lobby and Andrew saved the day! I was working on a friends wedding planning/scrapbook and the binder ring broke. I was so stressed because I was going to have to redo the front of the binder and finish the book in time. On my way to hobby lobby I was anxious because I envisioned the return process being a hassle, plus I needed a new one. When I got to hobby lobby I showed Andrew what happened to the binder. He told me to go pick out the items I used to design the cover and I grabbed another binder. At the register Andrew bagged up the items that I got to redo the binder. I was shocked that the whole process went so smoothly! I love scrapbooking and making wreaths so to know that there is a hobby lobby close to me with such great customer service makes me so happy!
