  • Ok let's start with how bad the car buying experience was. Made a appointment to come in and see a sales person to actually buy a car which we did at automation VW later that day. We looked at the car we wanted and went in to talk to sales man we then sat down and started the process of buying a car. That's when nayib show how interested he was in selling us a car. The car was actually on sale and while talking with nayib he made the comment that he did not need the commission because he makes hi money from his family's business. This is when it all went down hill we started the haggling with no success , but not even the sales manager came over and tried to get us to buy a car they all just looked at us like we were my able to buy a car. With not even trying to see what they could do for us we left and went to automation VW and bought a car Frank was our sales person and he did what it took to get us in a car. So I will never go to Findley VW to buy a car or recommend Findley to anyone but I will tell them my bad time at Findley. Ps don't work with nayib he is very unprofessional and should find another job.
