  • This had been an amazing experience except how rude Grace has been to the children. There is no need for how rude this woman had been to these kids. If you were this rude to my child and their friends at their birthday party you and i would be having words... Customer service for children is KEY! Make the kids happy and it makes mom and dad happy..
